Responsibilities

  • Champion our mission alongside the Leadership Team
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and supervise clinical team members
  • Coordinate clinical operations and manage client database
  • Maintain accreditation standards and collaborative relationships
  • Lead the Clinical Team through daily operations and productivity management
  • Support agency operations through administrative coverage and crisis intervention

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in clinical practice
  • Experience in trauma treatment and child welfare services
  • Strong background in team leadership and management

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Licensure in clinical practice (e.g. LCSW, LPC)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role
  • Experience working with children and families in trauma-informed care
  • Proven track record in managing clinical services and teams
