Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge
• Orient, evaluate, and mentor homecare caregivers
• Manage care delivery and personnel, ensuring efficient clinical services
• Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits
• Monitor and ensure adherence to established clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of RN experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in home health or similar environments is preferred
