• Active RN license (for states where office and patients are located)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care

• Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits
• Monitor adherence to established clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN license
