We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join our team. Job Summary: As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of clinical trials, overseeing project milestones, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing study protocols, managing budgets, coordinating trial tasks and timelines, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all involved parties. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute study plans and protocols Manage study budgets effectively Supervise trial sites and coordinate various teams involved in trial operations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Oversee patient recruitment efforts Collaborate with Project Managers to establish targets and milestones Recruit staff and participants for studies Coordinate communications with regulatory organizations Lead internal clinical operations calls and support on client calls Oversee vendors supporting ongoing clinical trial projects Train and mentor Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Research Associates, and Clinical Trial Associates Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of relevant experience At least 3 years of experience in a clinical trial management role Experience in Crohn's or G.I. therapeutic alignment preferred Compensation & Benefits: We proudly offer an attractive compensation package and benefits, including a competitive salary, variable pay, paid time off, and comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits.
