NC Medicaid is seeking a contractor to manage the CMS Systems Certification process for NC Medicaid. This role involves developing Advanced Planning Documents and other necessary documentation for planning, implementation, and operational activities. The candidate will act as the CMS Certification Expert, managing the overall CMS Systems Certification process and ensuring alignment with MITA and the seven standards and conditions for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall CMS Systems Certification process for NC Medicaid
• Develop and monitor certification strategy for projects within the program
• Lead APD kickoff, review, and closeout meetings
• Draft CMS submittal letters
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Program
