Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring high-quality employees.
  • Train and develop a successful sales team.
  • Provide feedback and accountability to all employees.
  • Supervise daily store operations in the absence of management.
  • Manage loss prevention practices when required.
  • Communicate store needs effectively to management.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure a fun, full-service experience for all customers.
  • Bank deposits and store opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

  • Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • 6-12 months of retail sales experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional education in retail management is a plus.

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • High School Diploma.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume retail environment is a plus.
