Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities
Manage all construction activities and coordinate schedules with project teams.
Work with site Superintendents to determine the most cost-effective construction strategies.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
Review project drawings, specifications, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with plans and schedules.
Assist with preparing job estimates and interpreting bid documents.
Develop subcontracts and purchase orders as needed.
Track project schedules, ensuring that critical milestones are met.
Handle submittals and RFI processes, ensuring timely approvals.
Oversee project finances, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and project earnings are maximized.
Collaborate with the project team to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Work with project leadership to allocate resources to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Visit job sites regularly to coordinate with Superintendents and attend project meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including Owners and Construction Managers.
Support customers in proposal development, including specifications, scope of work, and clarifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
Proven ability to work independently in remote work environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Sage).
OSHA 10 or 30 certification (must obtain within the first 60 days if not already certified).
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
