Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to conduct thorough maintenance and document recommendations for extending equipment life
• Experience with HVAC equipment startups
• Familiarity with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Clearance to drive a fleet vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to commercial, industrial, and government facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Conduct thorough maintenance and document findings
• Mentor and train junior technicians
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the HVAC industry
• Proven troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with various HVAC equipment

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in HVAC preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC field
