We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Licensed Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in California. You’ll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary, plus additional sales commission based on performance.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, while also contributing to the growth of our brand in the community. You’ll work closely with various organizations, attending events and meetings, and promoting insurance solutions tailored to the needs of first responders and related professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to both existing and potential clients by identifying their insurance needs and offering educational support on products and services, with a focus on commercial insurance lines.
  • Conduct regular coverage reviews and offer additional insurance options as needed.
  • Collaborate with key partners to expand market reach and grow policies within designated regions.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to visit fire stations, unions, attend community events, conferences, and related meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by attending events, visiting organizations, and interacting with professional firefighter communities.
  • Lead or assist in hosting educational and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and recommend relevant insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Property & Casualty License and Health & Life License required.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling insurance policies, with a strong focus on customer relations and public outreach.
  • Comfort with preparing and presenting to groups, and a solid understanding of insurance agency operations and best practices.
