Description
Our client is seeking a Service Technician experienced in Commercial Refrigeration, Commercial Kitchen Repair, or a combination of both. This role involves providing comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and specialty food service equipment. Candidates with experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC service/repair will also be considered. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, Commercial HVAC, or relevant military service. EPA and CFESA certification is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Technician pay of \(30-44/hr (\)60,000-$91,000/year)
- Potential bonus dependent on market

Responsibilities
- Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide service solutions
- Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment
- Communicate with manufacturers for diagnosis and parts identification
- Install parts ordered for the customer in a timely manner
- Promote and recommend additional services provided by the client
- Produce accurate administrative documents such as work orders and receipts
- Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle
- Follow company productivity standards
Qualifications
- At least one year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, or Commercial HVAC
- Relevant military service may be considered
- EPA and CFESA certification preferred
