Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• Conduct thorough title and survey reviews
• Structure and negotiate financing agreements
• Structure and negotiate joint venture agreements
• Handle complex commercial leasing matters
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in CA, MA, or NY
• Experience in one or more relevant areas of commercial real estate
