Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers is a leader in the service and retreading market, operating over 200 Commercial Tire Centers and Truck Care Centers across the United States. We focus on delivering ‘Service Excellence - Always’ to our customers. As a Commercial Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in performing tire and related services for commercial tire users both in our centers and on the road. Experience is not required, as we will provide training for the necessary skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay rate of \(20/hr-\)25/hr depending on experience, with an on-call schedule that offers double-time pay for service calls during the on-call period (2-hour minimum).

Responsibilities

  • Perform tire and related services for commercial users
  • Dismount, mount, and repair various tire types
  • Inflate tires to prescribed PSI based on load requirements
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Previous Commercial Service Tire experience preferred

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
