Skills

• Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a PhD in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, ideally in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation.
• Self-driven and able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy and assessment services in a fully remote, private outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the team to promote mental health awareness and impact the community positively.
• Be an integral part of a cohesive, energetic, and supportive team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Full and active license to practice as a therapist in the relevant category.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy across lifespans.
• Clinical expertise with evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education Requirements

• Relevant advanced degree in counseling or therapy field.

Education Requirements Credential Category
