Job Description

Description

A physician-owned group ophthalmology practice is actively seeking a full-time Comprehensive Ophthalmologist. Due to growth within the group, we are excited to add another associate to our team. The practice features a 1-year partnership track for all associates, with more partners than associates, ensuring an affordable buy-in. Our work culture prioritizes harmony and collaboration, which has contributed to minimal staff turnover—a rarity in this field. Each provider is supported by an engaged and well-trained staff, including a dedicated scribe.

A new associate will be responsible for covering two clinic locations and will have the opportunity to quickly address the current patient backlog. Technology plays a significant role in our practice, and mentorship in refractive cataract surgery is available if desired. All surgical procedures are performed at nearby surgery centers, which can also be invested in. Our surgeons benefit from a steady stream of referrals, supported by optometrists within the group.

Company Culture and Environment

Our practice values a positive work environment where collaboration and teamwork are essential. The commitment to maintaining a low staff turnover rate reflects our dedication to fostering strong relationships among team members. We believe that a supportive workplace contributes to the overall success and growth of our practice.

Career Growth and Development Opportunities

We provide a clear pathway for career advancement through our 1-year partnership track. New associates will also benefit from mentorship opportunities, particularly in specialized areas such as refractive cataract surgery, allowing for both personal and professional development.

Detailed Benefits and Perks

In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a fully paid family health insurance plan and a supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance. Our practice is committed to investing in the growth and development of our associates.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary with production bonus
  • Fully paid family health insurance
  • Additional benefits package
