  • Competitive pay: \(130,000 - \)175,000 per year (depending on experience)

Skills

  • Active license to practice law in California
  • 3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Experience in construction defect, construction law, and/or real estate law is highly desired
  • A passion for advocacy and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage cases, from initial intake to trial
  • Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases
  • Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of attorneys and staff
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant fields
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Experience in construction defect, construction law, and/or real estate law is highly desired
  • A passion for advocacy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Education Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in California

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation
  • Relevant experience in construction law and/or real estate law is highly desired
