Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from \(130,000 to \)175,000 per year, depending on experience.

Skills

  • California License: Must be a licensed attorney in the State of California.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation.
  • Construction/Real Estate Experience (Desired): Experience in construction defect, construction law, and/or real estate law is highly desirable.
  • Strong Academic Credentials: A solid academic background.
  • Work Ethic & Passion: A strong work ethic, a passion for advocacy, and a commitment to achieving the best results for clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Independently handle cases, from inception to resolution, including complex issues.
  • Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and manage document-intensive cases.
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions.
  • Prepare cases for trial.
  • Provide exceptional service and counsel to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in California.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for advocacy.

Education Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in litigation, with a preference for construction and real estate law experience.
