Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a total compensation package ranging from \(78,000 to \)114,000, including an annual bonus. Base salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities for assigned projects
• Partner with site Superintendents to determine cost-effective construction methods
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Review project drawings and specifications for compliance
• Assist with job estimate preparation
• Develop subcontracts and purchase orders as needed
• Track and manage project schedules
• Manage submittal and RFI processes
• Collaborate with project teams to improve efficiencies and ensure financial success
• Ensure safety compliance by monitoring and implementing corrective measures
• Maintain all project documentation and ensure timely submissions
• Make regular site visits to coordinate with Superintendents
• Be the primary point of contact for project Owners and teams
• Attend coordination and project-specific meetings
• Assist in developing proposals and scope of work for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Sage)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (must be obtained within the first 60 days)
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida, including occasional overnight trips
