Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design a strategic video content calendar that aligns with our organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Generate inventive video concepts that resonate with target audiences at every stage of the buyer’s journey, from brand recognition to conversion.
  • Guarantee brand consistency in voice and visual representation across all video initiatives while exploring innovative visual trends.
  • Create storyboards and produce both planned and spontaneous videos for social media and other platforms.
  • Edit videos by enhancing visual elements, sound quality, and graphics for various channels including social media, webinars, and websites.
  • Manage video hosting platforms such as Wistia and YouTube, optimizing video SEO to enhance discoverability and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce strategic video content that supports various initiatives, including customer testimonials and product explainers.
  • Oversee external video production partners to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Analyze video performance metrics to refine content strategies and implement A/B testing for optimization.
  • Create engaging short-form video content for social media to drive audience interaction and build authority.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in video marketing or content creation, particularly in social media and short-form video production.
  • Proficiency in post-production software and familiarity with video production equipment.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, including funnels and SEO practices.
  • Experience with YouTube marketing and best practices for video content optimization.
  • Comfortable utilizing quick editing tools like CapCut, PlayPlay, or Canva.
  • Exceptional storytelling talent and creative ideation reflected in a comprehensive portfolio of video work.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
