We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Raleigh, North Carolina! Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care. With updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff, you will have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Compensation and Benefits

  • $50,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • Salary based on experience with two models:
    1. Base + Production (30% past 3x Base in Collections)
    2. Straight % of Net Collections (with 1-year Base guarantee)

  • Manage patient load effectively, averaging 30-40 patients per day

Qualifications

  • MD degree and completion of an Ophthalmology residency
  • Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology
  • Proven surgical experience and skills in ophthalmology procedures
