Description
The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, content licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, statements of work, digital revenue agreements, sales contracts, newsroom grants, non-disclosure agreements, and data processing/security agreements. An interest or experience in data privacy law and evolving practices is highly desirable, including the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification or a willingness to pursue this certification.
