Join our team as Counsel in a remote position based in New York, NY. In this role, you will draft, evaluate, and negotiate a wide variety of contractual agreements including NDAs, master services agreements, vendor contracts, SOWs, and data license agreements. You will collaborate with business development colleagues to respond to requests for proposals and provide risk-weighted advice to business principals, balancing commercial advantages with legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks.
