Description

As Corporate Counsel, you will be instrumental in drafting, managing, and negotiating a diverse array of complex contracts, focusing on intellectual property (IP) licensing, game development, and publishing platforms/distribution. Your role will involve close collaboration with our Business Development team on various partnerships and initiatives that integrate world-class intellectual property into our games. Additionally, you will partner with our Corporate Development team to manage developer partnerships, including drafting and negotiating development agreements, equity and debt financing agreements (such as subscription agreements, SAFEs, and convertible notes), and M&A agreements.
