Description

The Corporate Counsel will provide vital support to vertical market software companies within our portfolios, addressing a wide array of legal, regulatory, and business matters. This role involves close collaboration with senior management to ensure compliance and support business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts, including NDAs, license agreements, SaaS and professional service agreements, data processing agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
