Description
The Corporate Counsel for Investments will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and skillfully editing registration statements on Form N-1A and related documents, including the summary prospectus, statutory prospectus, and statement of additional information (SAI). This role ensures accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant regulations. The corporate counsel will also proactively prepare prospectus and SAI supplements as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Investment Management and Compliance to develop and launch new funds.
