Description

The General Counsel will play a critical role in supporting our procurement operations. This position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts with company vendors, including license and procurement agreements, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, and teaming agreements. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and manage a contract management workflow that spans multiple internal teams and stakeholders. As the primary point of contact for all contract-related issues, you will provide legal advice and handle inbound contract requests, including those involving non-standard contract terms.
