Description

The Counsel, Transactions M&A will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various transactional documents essential to corporate activities, including stock and asset purchase/sale agreements, merger agreements, joint venture agreements, and investment agreements. You will work closely with the company’s corporate development, tax and accounting teams, as well as divisional business teams and specialist lawyers to ensure smooth execution of potential transactions.
