Description
The Counsel, Securities position will be responsible for advising on public company and corporate securities law matters, including compliance with SEC reporting, NASDAQ regulations, and public disclosures. This role involves collaborating closely with the Finance and Investor Relations team to handle financial reporting and disclosures such as earnings releases, Form 10-Q and 10-K reports, as well as presentations for investors or credit rating agencies. Additionally, the role will provide legal support for capital markets and capital raise transactions, focusing on effective deal execution.
