Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay of $22/hr or more based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and wellness programs.

Skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
• Process orders via the order management system
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick-up
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Ensure merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
• Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HVAC and/or Plumbing sales experience preferred
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
