Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from $20-24 per hour based on experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, plus a Saturday every other month from 8 am to 12 pm.

Skills

  • 1-5 years of experience preferred
  • 1 year of plumbing knowledge preferred
  • General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • General math skills for cash accounting
  • Excellent decision-making and communication skills
  • A strong willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on the best products to fit their needs
  • Process orders via the order management system
  • Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
  • Prepare and stage orders for customer pickup
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Ensure merchandise is restocked in their respective areas
  • Maintain a safe working environment, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Adhere to all safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of 1-5 years
  • Plumbing knowledge is a plus
  • Required general computer skills
  • Strong ability to lift and deliver merchandise
  • Good math skills for cash accounting
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
