As a CPR Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching individuals the skills they need to save lives. You will lead small group classes (4-12 students) in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, medical facilities, and more. Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all class participants at all times
• Organize and set up necessary equipment for each course
• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in an easy-to-understand manner
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed
• Manage equipment inventory, cleaning, and restocking after classes
• Communicate effectively with management teams and facility partners

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• CPR, First Aid, and AED Instructor Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Access to a phone, laptop, internet, and email
• Possession of or access to CPR/First Aid/AED training equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED Instructor from recognized organizations

Experience Requirements

• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience as a CPR Instructor
• Availability to teach at least two weekends per month is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking ability) is also a plus
