Role Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in supporting one of our esteemed clients, Paul Kirby of The Fusioneer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in Paul's content marketing initiatives, contributing to blog posts, social media engagement, community building, and website organization. An affinity for science and the arts is essential, alongside strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for online interaction. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging content for blog posts, social media platforms, promotional materials, and emails, following the Leverage to Scale: Content Marketing system. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across multiple platforms. Design eye-catching graphics using Canva for social media promotion. Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Provide customer support via social media messaging and email related to assigned tasks. Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance. Assist with live streaming activities, including audience interaction and content repurposing. Coordinate podcast interview schedules. Contribute to general copywriting and messaging efforts, adhering to brand voice guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a social media or marketing assistant. Proficiency in content marketing, including blogging, basic video editing, and SEO. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and offer constructive feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy. Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for collaboration. Additional Details: Immediate start date. This position is offered on a contract basis. Availability of 30-40 hours per week at a negotiable rate of $30-42/hr.
