Description

We are seeking 3 CT Technologists to join our client facility in Philadelphia, PA. This temporary contract position is set for 12 weeks with an ASAP start date. The role offers a dynamic working environment with a focus on patient care and technical excellence in computed tomography.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range is $68-72.80 per hour
• Travel package available at $3100 per week for 40 hours
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1630

Skills

• American Heart BLS certification (no online certs accepted)
• Minimum of three years of CT experience
• Pediatric experience
• EPIC experience
• Siemens experience
• ARRT certification

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography techniques and examinations
• Conduct a variety of CT procedures, including assisting radiologists with biopsies, cardiac CT, CT angiograms, and post-processing
• Produce CT scans for diagnostic interpretation
• Operate CT equipment and select appropriate technical factors
• Ensure proper identification on images, including demographic information 100% of the time
• Document all related data meticulously
• Provide radiation protection for patients, families, staff, and the general public
• Identify, process, and archive patient exams, including records and images
• Maintain the integrity and security of the radiology information systems
• Resolve and escalate complex issues as they arise
• Orient and train fellow staff technologists
• Be subject to on-call status, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant CT experience
• Proven experience in pediatric settings
• Strong knowledge and experience with EPIC and Siemens systems
• ARRT certification required
