Compensation and Benefits

• Performance-based compensation, starting at up to $4,500/year for a small caseload
• Potential growth up to $9,300/year as you expand your network
• Independent Contractor (1099) employment status
• Part-time schedule (approx. 1.4 hours per week, with growth potential)

Responsibilities

• Support families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process
• Educate Host Families and Au Pairs on program regulations and expectations
• Conduct in-home interviews and orientations for new families and Au Pairs
• Provide ongoing monthly check-ins via phone and in-person meetings
• Organize local cultural events for Au Pairs
• Collaborate with the headquarters team to ensure program success
• Assist with conflict resolution and support families and Au Pairs in challenges
• Engage in community outreach to grow the program in your area

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for cultural exchange and childcare
• Experience in counseling, conflict resolution, or marketing (nice-to-have)
• Interest in community engagement and program growth (nice-to-have)
