As a Local Success Coach (LSC), you will support Host Families and Au Pairs in your community, helping to create successful cultural exchange experiences. This part-time, remote position allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of families and international participants.

Compensation and Benefits

Your earnings are based on the number of active families in your area:

• Supporting two families: ~1.4 hrs/week, \(60/hr equivalent (\)1,800/year)
• Growing to five families: ~2.4 hrs/week, up to $4,500/year
• Growing to 11+ families: ~3.0 hrs/week, up to $9,300/year As an independent contractor, you’ll be paid monthly based on the deliverables you submit.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the matching process with Au Pairs
• Provide ongoing support to Host Families and Au Pairs
• Conduct in-home visits to confirm families understand program requirements
• Lead orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs and families
• Facilitate monthly check-ins with Host Families and Au Pairs (phone and in-person)
• Organize fun cultural events for Au Pairs in your area
• Assist with conflict resolution and help families navigate challenges
• Collaborate with headquarters to provide top-notch support
• Promote the program locally to grow the community
