We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will assist clients, process orders, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. Candidates must remain calm under pressure and have experience working with computers.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from \(25.00 to \)30.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience and performance. Expected hours are 20-40 per week from Monday to Friday. Remote work is available.

  • Background in B2B, retail, or call center sales
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in clients at our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs
  • Enter orders for EPA Region 8 clients in person and over the phone
  • Contact prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to drive business
  • Become a subject matter expert on Geotech’s extensive line of technology and equipment
  • Respond to sales inquiries from prospective customers
  • Build relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Identify prospects and recommend solutions to meet their project needs
  • Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain a sales pipeline of quotes for follow-up
  • Update and maintain the CRM to maximize efficiency
  • Participate in sales training through third-party resources

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in B2B or retail environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
