Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and care
• Assist patients and caregivers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general assistance
• Forward patient requests to the appropriate clinical staff promptly
• Accurately enter and update patient information in the electronic health records (EHR) system
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the Call Center Team Lead or Manager when needed
• Stay up to date on provider schedules, clinic policies, and office procedures
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team

• 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or call center setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
