We are seeking a Call Center Representative/Data Entry professional who will act as the liaison between our company and both current and potential customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership and responsibility in effectively resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of every decision and action taken.
