This part-time role offers 20 to 24 hours per week, providing the perfect balance for your schedule. Key Responsibilities: Exemplify exceptional phone etiquette to engage clients with warm and professional greetings Enhance your proficiency in data management by updating client information in CRM systems, showcasing expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel Act as a reliable point of contact for both prospective and current clients, offering timely and effective support Efficiently organize agent appointment kits, demonstrating superior coordination skills Facilitate communication with insurance carriers on various matters such as cancellation letters, change requests, and updates Showcase your technical prowess by uploading monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM system Collaborate with the team on special projects, including the annual open enrollment event, which may require additional commitment, including some Saturdays Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Proven track record of excellent Customer Service experience Prior experience in health insurance, especially in Medicare, is a strong asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills are essential Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment Ability to demonstrate patience, kindness, and professionalism with older clients Flexibility to work a variable schedule, particularly during peak seasons Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
