Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound phone calls and electronic communication.

Qualifications

• An active Personal Lines P&C agent license is preferred; however, we offer preparation for candidates who meet other qualifications.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly within an insurance agency, is preferred.
