As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate issues across multiple communication channels, all while remaining calm and professional.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: \(25.00 - \)30.00 per hour (dependent on relevant experience and performance)
  • Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in clients at our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs
  • Enter orders for EPA Region 8 clients in person and over the phone
  • Contact prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to drive business
  • Become a subject matter expert on Geotech’s technology and equipment
  • Respond to sales inquiries from prospective customers
  • Build relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Identify prospects, understand their projects, and recommend solutions
  • Engage with clients through the entire sales cycle
  • Maintain a sales pipeline of quotes for follow-up
  • Update and maintain the CRM to maximize efficiency
  • Participate in sales training through third-party resources

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in working with customers in B2B, retail, or call center sales
  • Background in a customer service role is preferred
