Job Description

We are hiring!!! Profit Coaching is looking for A Customer Service Representative who is expected to take personal responsibility for every interaction with a customer by providing World-Class service and by building customer loyalty, improve customer retention, and satisfying Global Customer Service goals and objectives.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $21.00 - 35.00 Per Hour

Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year above

Qualifications: Communication Adaptability Efficiency Relationship building Problem-solving Product knowledge Digital literacy.

Skills: • Track record of over-achieving quota • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities: • Recommend process improvements. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues. • Document all customer contacts through Salesforce. • Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services. • Acts as a liaison between key departments and customers. • Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. • Adheres to assigned schedules to ensure appropriate phone and email coverage.
