We are seeking a customer service representative to handle customer queries and complaints, process orders, and manage communication across multiple channels. In this role, you will assist clients at our Denver headquarters, enter orders for EPA Region 8 clients, and engage with prospective clients to drive business. Your experience and calm demeanor will be essential in navigating customer interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: \(25.00 - \)30.00 per hour based on relevant experience and performance
  • Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in clients at our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs
  • Enter orders for EPA Region 8 clients in person and over the phone
  • Contact prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to drive business
  • Build relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Maintain a sales pipeline of quotes for follow-up
  • Update and maintain the CRM for efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service or sales
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Proficiency in navigating CRM systems
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships
