In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional support for our residential HVAC products. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing consumer inquiries, educating customers about our products and warranties, and resolving any complaints to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations and deescalate complaints
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints via phone with professionalism and care.
  • Educate customers on product features, warranties, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support to enhance the customer experience.
  • Direct customers to dealers for service when required.
  • Accurately record interactions in our call-tracking database.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the consumer experience.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role (Entry Level)
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, teaching, or related fields (preferred)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
