Responsibilities
- Serve as a reliable contact person for existing customers and interested parties via telephone, email, or chat
- Network with other departments and partners to quickly find solutions to complex questions
- Independently manage customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Continuously expand expertise in finance through internal training and self-interest
- Utilize customer feedback to identify potential improvements for products and internal processes
- Collaborate closely with Product, Capital Markets, Sales, and Operations departments
Qualifications
- Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably with a focus on finance) or have completed bank training
- Demonstrated knowledge of capital market products and digital solutions
- Proven communication skills and a solution-oriented work style
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Alternatively, completion of bank training
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent bank training
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with capital market products
