Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable contact person for existing customers and interested parties via telephone, email, or chat
• Network with other departments and partners to quickly find solutions to complex questions
• Independently manage customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Continuously expand expertise in finance through internal training and self-interest
• Utilize customer feedback to identify potential improvements for products and internal processes
• Collaborate closely with Product, Capital Markets, Sales, and Operations departments

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably with a focus on finance) or have completed bank training
• Demonstrated knowledge of capital market products and digital solutions
• Proven communication skills and a solution-oriented work style

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
• Alternatively, completion of bank training

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent bank training

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with capital market products
