Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our memory-keeping platform
  • Assist clients with downloading and using our applications, navigating promotions, and optimizing their experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction
  • Participate in usability testing for mobile, web, and desktop applications

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
