This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient clearance of goods through U.S. Customs while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: \(55,000 - \)65,000 (Final compensation depends on skills and experience).
This is an in-office position (not remote or hybrid), Monday through Friday.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred).
Customs Broker License (preferred but not required).
3-5 years of experience with U.S. Customs regulations and Harmonized Tariff Codes.
Experience using CargoWise One.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Responsibilities
Prepare customs entries for all shipments and submit them to U.S. Customs promptly.
Review documents for accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.
Identify products subject to Other Government Agencies (OGAs).
Determine Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications and enter OGA/PGA data accordingly.
Communicate with customers regarding CBP (Customs and Border Protection), OGA deliveries, and any shipment irregularities.
Track and trace shipments, coordinating with steamship lines, freight forwarders, and Container Freight Stations (CFS) for availability.
Arrange pick-ups and deliveries with trucking companies.
Manage accounting tasks, including issuing invoices and approving freight bills.
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
