Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is a plus
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
• Support data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models, definitions, and processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data collection and integration pipelines
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with security standards and governance policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role (consulting experience a plus)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
