Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor production data and data exchange-related processes
  • Support projects and teams to produce desired results
  • Communicate results and issues per team standards
  • Implement standard policies and procedures for routine service
  • Ensure corporate compliance is communicated and monitored
  • Initiate troubleshooting and notify issues promptly
  • Monitor production processes and progress of issue resolutions
  • Balance incoming requests with scheduled work
  • Assist internal and external personnel by answering questions and supplying information
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Relevant certifications encouraged
  • One year of experience in a related field, preferably in financial analysis, planning, healthcare economics, etc.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
