Compensation and Benefits

With base hourly pay plus commission, your total compensation could range from \(14 to \)20+ per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer needs to help identify the best products and solutions for each individual.
  • Conduct risk analysis and assist with underwriting tasks.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues or complex inquiries to senior team members.
  • Follow company and agency guidelines to ensure top-notch service.
  • Perform general customer service duties as required.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Property and Casualty license is required upon starting.
  • Life and Health licenses must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Education Requirements Credential Category

Certification in Property and Casualty, Life and Health licenses (to be obtained).

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
