Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor production data and data exchange processes
  • Support projects and teams to produce desired results
  • Communicate results and issues as per team standards
  • Assist in implementing standard policies and procedures
  • Ensure corporate compliance is communicated and monitored
  • Troubleshoot issues and notify relevant parties promptly
  • Monitor normal production processes and progress of issue resolutions
  • Balance incoming requests with scheduled work
  • Assist personnel by answering questions and providing information
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • Preferably one year of experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with at least two of the following areas: financial analysis, planning, healthcare economics, healthcare policy, statistical modeling, business decisions, or analysis
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
  • Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a related field
  • Preferred experience in healthcare and relevant analytical roles
